THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND WE DO NOT PURCHASE LAND FROM RESIDENTS ON REGIONS OWNED BY EASTLAND LAND GROUP.

YOU DO NOT NEED A PREMIUM ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE LAND OWNED BY EASTLAND LAND GROUP.

HOW TO BUY LAND

1. Right click on the land you want to buy.
2. Select “BUY LAND”.
3. Check the box “Agree To Covenant”.
4. Click on “PURCHASE”.

THE LAND PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDES YOUR FIRST TIER PAYMENT.

All future tier payments will be made at the ELG Tier Office.

You can get a tier office landmark From the Welcome Sign After Land Purchase.

After you have purchased the land, you can return the welcome sign and any other objects on the land that you dont want.

You will receive a reminder before your next tier is due.

Note…
If you purchase ELG land from someone other than Eastland Newall, please contact Eastland Newall immediately after purchase. You will take over the remaining Lease time.

LATE TIER PAYMENTS

Please make your tier payments on time. The land will be reclaimed within 48 hours after your lease has expired unless prior arrangements are made with ELG management

** No structures on the ground taller than 60 meters.
** Castles are allowed on Greenland Medieval regions only.
** No suspended objects or builds in the sky below 1000 m.
** Sky boxes and build platforms are allowed above 1000 m.
** Keep your objects on your side of the borders (including child prims and particles).
** No shouting, shout scripts or other spam devices that go across parcel borders.
** Exterior walls of new builds must be textured within 3 days.
** No Privacy screens unless approved by management.
** No Public Nudity
** No outdoor BIG screen televisions.
** No Breeding Farms ( Except on commercial regions )
** No Bots, Campers or Lucky chairs
** No Clubs or Malls
** No Casinos
** No Ad farms
** No sandboxes
** No weapons or spy scripts
** No high lag scripts
** No temp rezzers (0 Prim Rezzers)
** No sploders or other high traffic devices
** If you generate to much lag or traffic, you will be asked to move to a region that can support your needs.
** Spamming, harassment, stalking, griefing, theft, scamming and fraud will not be tolerated. You will be evicted and reported.
** The “ALLOW PUBLIC ACCESS” box must always be checked. (you can still use the ban list).
** A security orb can be used but must give a 10 second warning.

RESALE OF LAND

Resale of land is allowed (Except rentals). Please IM Eastland Newall to let me know the avatar name of the new owner.

If your land is for sale when your lease expires, the land will be reclaimed.

Estate Management Reserves The Right To:

** Return any object that violates the covenant or is deemed offensive or intrusive. (The estate owners are not responsible for lost objects)
** Ask a resident to move or redesign a build if it violates the covenant or is deemed offensive or intrusive.
** Evict and/or reclaim land for non-compliance, irresolvable issues, non-payment lease expiration, apparent abandonment and any unforseen reasons that may warrant such action.
** Change this covenant without notice.
** Change the tier fee at any time with 2 weeks notice prior to implementation.
